1. Fees are payable in full when enrolling.

2. Fees are non-refundable except when a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment (full refund).

3. Refunds cannot be given for unattended classes.

4. Languages Unlimited has a 24-hour cancellation policy (applies to corporate and private in-house training as well as all online courses).

5. Languages Unlimited reserves the right to alter the programme as it deems necessary and to cancel a course if enrolment is insufficient.
