The following course has been tailored for “St. Columba’s College”

The courses listed below have been specially designed for the pupils of St. Columba’s College by Languages Unlimited Services. All courses will be delivered on-site in the premises of the College. Whatever examination you chose to prepare for (FCE-B2 or CAE-C1), the course will be run over 19 weeks from September 2026 to May 2027. The examinations will take place at the Exam Centre of Ireland (D07 NP8H) in May 2027 (several dates will be offered). Note that the fee to sit the examination is not included in the course fee.

CAMBRIDGE EXAMS PREPARATION COURSES

This course is a general preparation open to all St. Columba’s College classes.

All courses will last 18 weeks (1h00 per class) and will take place on:

  • Thursdays from 18:30 to 19:30 for the FCE-B2
  • Thursdays from 19:30 to 20:30 for the CAE-C1

Material :

An exam preparation manual will be provided to all students (included in the course fee).

Course of 18 weeks: €550.00 payable at the beginning of the course via PayPal/Stripe on our site or by bank transfer.

Examination enrolment: €290.00 payable before the examination via PayPal/Stripe on our site or by bank transfer.

Examinations: 

Examinations will take place at the Exam Centre of Ireland (Whitworth Building, Morning Star Avenue, D07 NP8H) in May / June 2026. Possible exam dates will be sent to you in due course once published by the centre. The Centre might organise a specific date just for the College like last year.

The teacher :

Giovana Goci will be the teacher who will look after the three groups.

Giorgiana has been an English teacher since 2000. She prepared the students of St. Columba’s College and of the Lycée Français d’Irlande last year for the three Cambridge examinations with great success. While still a student, she taught English to preschool levels and one-to-one corporate tutoring. She has a Bachelor Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Management (from the University of Arad) and another Degree in Web Design and Project Management (from Ibat College, Dublin). Giorgiana is also a Romanian-English accredited and authorised interpreter, registered with the Ministry of Justice in Romania and Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade in Ireland, as well as an ACELTS recognised English and Romanian teacher. She joined Languages Unlimited in April 2016.
