Language training:

1. Fees are payable in full when enrolling.

2. Fees are non-refundable except when a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment (full refund).

3. Refunds cannot be given for unattended classes.

4. Cancellation policy: Languages Unlimited has a 24-hour cancellation policy (applies to corporate and private in-house training as well as all online courses).

5. Languages Unlimited reserves the right to alter the programme as it deems necessary and to cancel a course if enrolment is insufficient.

Interpreting:

1. Cancellation policy:

• Corporate and private clients may cancel a confirmed assignment by providing written notice to Languages Unlimited. For any cancellation made less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the assignment, the Client shall be liable for a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the agreed quotation, excluding any travel or ancillary expenses.
• Cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled start time will not incur any cancellation fee.

2. Quotation given will be all-inclusive (no VAT added) as Languages Unlimited is exempt from VAT under Article 15(10) of Council Directive 77/388 CE.

Translations:

1. For all legal documents, the Client will receive a certified soft-copy (within 24 hours if requested) and two certified hard-copies by post.

2. Certification is free of charge.

3. Quotation given will be all-inclusive (no VAT added) as Languages Unlimited is exempt from VAT under Article 15(10) of Council Directive 77/388 CE.
